What forms of payment do you accept?
The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I purchase an item not shown on your website?
Yes. There are hundreds of new products added to our website daily, but if you don't see what you need, call one of our helpful sales representatives at (949) 656-8300.

When will my product(s) arrive?
Orders are processed for shipment Monday through Friday up to 3:30 PM PST. All orders placed before 3:30 PM PST are routinely shipped the same day.  All orders received after that time or on weekends will be processed for shipment on the next business day. What are the Terms of Sale?
Prices and item specifications are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by bectechglobal.com. We will make every effort to ship your order in its entirety. However, if for some reason we are unable to do so, a customer service representative will contact you.

How can I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your product(s) ships.  If you have a registered account with us the number will also be displayed online. If for some reason you cannot retrieve your tracking number please call us at (949) 656-8300. Also, please check your junk email and/or spam filters as there are times that our attempts to provide you with the tracking information are intercepted.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.  BecTechGlobal.com does ship internationally.

Do you have my item in stock?
Item stock status is located on the individual product pages under Inventory. A product is either “in stock” or “inquire”. Simply fill out the inquire form and a sales representative will get back to you within 24 hours with a stocking status.

Do you sell or distribute any of my information (email, phone number, etc)?
No. BecTechGlobal.com does not distribute any information that you provide. For more information, see our Privacy Policy page.

Why do you charge sales tax on orders?
BecTechGlobal.com automatically charges and withholds the applicable sales tax for orders that are delivered to addresses.  If you are a Tax Exempt organization, you must provide the Tax Exempt Certificate prior to your initial purchase.  BecTechGlobal.com will verify all Tax Exempt Identification number so future orders will not be taxed. Do you offer promotional codes?
BecTechGlobal.com offers promotional codes from time to time on our website as well via our monthly newsletter. Promotional codes apply to the order total and cannot be applied to a specific item. 

Do you have a newsletter?
We will on occasion send out bulk emails concerning current promotions and offers. Unsubscribe links can be found on each newsletter. Requests are handled immediately by an automated system.
